No. Realeflow Users and companies that market and sell Realeflow services under their own names

Personal Information. However, each User of our Services is required to accept our Terms of Service,

White Label Providers have access to Personal Information collected by Realeflow. White Label Providers
are contractually prohibited from using Realeflow Services (and Personal Information provided by
Realeflow) in ways that violate any applicable law, regulation, or contract (including Realeflow’s contract
with the White Label Provider). White Label Providers also are required to have and enforce their own
