Check Out The Incredible Upgrades We’ve Made To Real Estate Direct Mail

 

We’ve spent the last several months here at Realeflow working on some really cool updates to the Direct Mail engine.

These improvements are going to really help our users market their business even better than before.


 Here’s what’s new… 


Personally Penned Letters

Real pens, real ink, really handwritten.
This is one of the most exciting updates we’ve ever done to direct mail. We now have a factory full of robots who are personally writing your direct mail letters and addressing your envelopes with real pens.


Customizable Content

Messages that work for you. 
Another huge improvement is the ability to customize all the personally penned direct mail content so it says exactly what you want it to say. Before now, you had options for customizing things like font color and, of course, adding your name and contact info, but now you can edit and customize the actual content of the letters. So if you find a type of message that’s performing well in your market, you can incorporate the exact verbiage that’s working for you right into the campaigns that we offer.


Customizable Campaign Sequences and Mailing Frequency

Communicate on your schedule.
Campaign sequences can be arranged and rearranged any way you want and sent out in single-touch, two-touch, three-touch, and five touch sequences. Campaigns can be sent with a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly frequency, truly customizing the way you communicate with your leads.


Upgraded Mailing Options

Increase deliverability. 
Letters can now be upgraded to first class mail. Postcards always go out first class, but up until now, all letters were sent out in what’s called Standard mail. Upgrading to first class puts a real stamp on your envelope, gives your mail a more authentic feel, and gets it to where it’s going even faster. I highly recommend using the first class upgrade to increase deliverability and open rates.


Accurate Delivery Estimates

Know when it will get there. 
When your campaign is ready you’ll get a more accurate delivery estimate so you’ll know when your mail is expected to hit the mailbox.


Detailed History

Get all the details. 
Once your campaign is finalized and ordered, you can view a detailed history, including the receipt and complete campaign info.


Easier Wizard

Simple step-by-step process. 
The simplified wizard makes it even easier to set up a direct mail campaign.


Everything that we’re doing here is to increase the authenticity and engagement of our users’ direct mail and I know that anyone who uses it is going to love the changes. It’s easier to use and more effective than ever.
