Greg Clement is the creator of Realeflow. Greg loves adventure and is happiest when participating in any number of outdoor physical activities. He's an outstanding father, husband, and genuinely funny guy. He is also a visionary business leader in Cleveland, OH. His unique approach to business and life in particular has been responsible for the birth of multiple projects and companies that have greatly impacted the real estate industry. He graduated in 1997 from Baldwin Wallace College with a degree in Marketing. Greg has a financial planning background and has used those prior experiences and relationships to further bolster the impact his company has had on the investing community. Greg has been a partner in hundreds of real estate transactions over the last 3 years alone. Many credit Greg for being a catalyst for achieving hyper-growth in their businesses. He has created and developed a number of industry changing concepts and ideas such as "The Problem Property Solution" and "The Residential Redevelopment Model." He is married to Kelly and has 3 children, Emmanuel, Jonah, and Elijah, and credits his family and his faith for being the core of his success.

Gary Anthony Brezina is a 2007 graduate of Bowling Green State University where he majored in Business Marketing/Communications. After graduation, Gary pursued a career in Corporate America where he focused on healthcare recruiting. Towards the end of summer 2007, Gary decided to leave the rat race in hopes of finding something he was passionate about. Having a niche for real estate, he actually attended a real estate seminar in which he introduced himself to Josh Cantwell, and let him know that he was interested in this line of work. After lots of persistence, he was hired by Josh Cantwell, and took on a Marketing Assistant position with Ambrose Properties. Gary then moved to an inside sales position at Realeflow, which he currently focuses on. He works directly with Greg Clement completing various projects that need to be done. Gary loves the positive atmosphere of these partner companies and wouldn't have it any other way. Gary is very much into his Italian heritage, and loves to spend time with friends and family. When he isn't working, he is mountain biking, hiking, white water rafting, snowboarding, weightlifting, or playing sports. This young man also loves to travel, and see all of the beautiful creations of the world. He is a really positive person, and believes he can achieve anything he puts his mind to. Gary currently resides in Parma Heights, OH.


Kelly Clement is responsible for many new client marketing initiatives. She is married to Greg and has 3 really cool boys Manny, Jonah, and Elijah. She has held numerous roles in the early development of Realeflow and is an accomplished investor. She loves to spend her free time hanging out with her boys usually outside doing whatever adventurous activities pop up. She is a Christian Youth Teacher and Counselor and devotes almost her entire life to serving others. Kelly loves to travel and has been on trips virtually all over the world.





Doug Craver loves the fast paced daily adventure of building startups into market leaders. Realeflow is the fourth adventure of his career. Since joining the team in the summer of 2007, Doug has been in charge of overseeing internet traffic and technical operations. He brings over 18 years of new venture leadership and experience after three years of consulting and searching for a company with the "right stuff". Through the years he has combined business trips with travel across the country seeking out new skiing, mountain biking and hiking adventures and regional cuisine to fuel his passion for food and cooking. At the age of 25, Doug leveraged his experience working at the Cleveland office of NY Direct Marketing Agency Lowe Marschalk helping to develop a database-driven computer automated lead management system for Xerox into leading two pioneering companies, ZCI and then CMI. With both companies he continued his expertise in marketing automation implementing over 2,000 subscriber acquisition campaigns for voice, video and HSD in over 200 markets for the cable industry. In 2003, the technology division of CMI was spun out and capitalized as Knotice which continues to develop and refine the first enterprise SaaS solution in the world for managing customer communications across email, web, mobile and interactive set-tops. He maintains an interest in Knotice and continues working on behalf of disabled athletes serving on the Board of Directors for Extreme Edge Foundation. Doug lives in Akron, Ohio and is embarking on a new life journey as he is engaged to be married to an amazing woman with three wonderful kids.

Roberdo Flanders hails from New York, is married to a New-York Brooklynite, and has two wonderful children. Roberdo, his wife and children moved to Cleveland in 2007-though he says his heart will always stay with the Yankees-in a pursuit to advance education and careers in the accounting and legal fields, respectively, in a city like Cleveland where one can afford a decent education and way of life without susceptibility to foreclosure.

Roberdo's responsibilities as Controller of Realeflow include all aspects of accounting including but not limited to payables, receivables, payroll, financials, and other projects as assigned from time to time. Roberdo has experience in working for both not-for-profit and for-profit based businesses and contribute such experiences to everyday tasks at Realeflow without obfuscating his colleagues and peers. Notwithstanding "priceless" moments at the office (especially during tax season), Roberdo says that working for Realeflow has truly been a God-send, and he looks forward to a long and fruitful career with same.


Jim Masie is an award-winning Graphic Designer based in Cleveland, Ohio. Following high school graduation, Jim decided he wanted to see the world before pursuing his childhood dream of becoming a professional artist. Following in his father's (and grandfather's) footsteps he joined the U.S. Navy at 18 years old. During his Navy years he was able to visit many places and see things that most could only dream about… beautiful ocean sunsets, sandy white beaches of the Caribbean, the rolling green highlands of Scotland, Egypt's historical archeology, his ancestral homeland of Italy, and even the holy city of Jerusalem (twice)! After his enlistment Jim eventually graduated (with honors) from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh… his dream of becoming a professional artist had finally been realized. Since that day Jim has used what he learned from his adventures to form a successful career in both print and web industries-a rare achievement for a Graphic Designer. Jim has been a member of the Realeflow team since September 2007 fulfilling the duties of Web/Graphic Designer. He calls working at Realeflow a "dream job" and is looking forward to adding his Realeflow experiences to his ongoing adventures. A resident of nearby Olmsted Falls, Jim is married to Colleen and father to Collin. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, family, and friends. He also enjoys sports, TV, movies, traveling, and reading.

Rick Scheeser is a highly motivated individual who currently develops various marketing plans for all of the business ventures he's involved in. The more projects he can have his hands in at once, the better. His top priority at Realeflow currently is to use Social Media Marketing strategies to help drive traffic to desired locations using online tools such as Facebook, YouTube, and numerous other sources to help achieve these goals. Rick has also worked with some very large national corporations and brings a lot of sales and marketing experience to the table. When he's not doing marketing plans at Realeflow, Rick is focusing on his other exciting business ventures. Being a business partner in Dynasty Effect is by far one of his favorite things to be involved in. Dynasty Effect is an event planning service in Cleveland, Ohio that plans events to bring motivated, like-minded people together in a very enjoyable, positive atmosphere. Rick does all of the music for the events and most recently had his first live performance for over 400 people. In his free time Rick enjoys producing music, traveling to Las Vegas and spending time with his family & friends. One of the most important people in his life at this time is his wonderful girlfriend. Without her, Rick says he would not be able to do all of the things he does because she encourages him and never doubts anything he does. One of his biggest goals is to develop multiple businesses that cater to what is most important to the people closest to him, which will also allow for many opportunities for everyone around. He currently lives in Cleveland, OH and loves all of Cleveland sports. Rick can't wait until the day one of those teams brings home a championship!

Tracey Shanahan is a 1998 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College where she majored in Sports Medicine. After graduation, Tracey packed a duffel bag and moved to St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands where she found an incredible job as the first mate on a 40 foot day sailboat, and had an amazing view of the ocean from every window in her condo. After 4 years of island living, Tracey moved back to the U.S. and ultimately decided to re-plant herself in Cleveland, OH. Tracey first began in the real estate investing industry in 2004 when she was hired by Greg Clement and Josh Cantwell as the Office Manager at Ambrose Properties. Tracey then got her Real Estate Agent license and moved into the position of listing and selling all of the company's investment properties. Tracey has held many positions within the company, and now works exclusively with Realeflow as the Joint Venture Manager, Product Launch Manager, and copywriter. Tracey often talks about how much she loves her job and the positive atmosphere within the Realeflow office. She loves to travel, especially back to the Caribbean, and spends time with family and friends as much as possible. Tracey resides in Lakewood, OH with her faithful Chihuahua, Sam.

Josh Tobias graduated from The Ohio State University in 1999 with degrees in Marketing and Logistics. He has worked as a financial planner and also had the opportunity to travel across the country with a print media company coordinating trade shows. Josh worked with an industry leading insurance company before coming to Realeflow. Josh has been with Realeflow for a little over a year and focuses his efforts on marketing as well as implementation for new customers. Realeflow would not be the same without Josh as he brings lots of laughter to the office daily. Josh enjoys golfing and has played at numerous courses around the country. He is also an avid bowler and will lead you to believe that he will be attempting to join the Professional Bowling Association (PBA) and go on tour, so keep your eye out for him Sundays on ESPN. When he's not working, bowling, or golfing you can most likely find Josh watching Cleveland sports or spending time with his family and friends. Josh currently resides in Cleveland, OH.
